Ambient preview
Dream Space
A wide, low drone with a soft orbital shimmer for slower moments.
These previews are ambient layers, not binaural beats. Dream Space and Soft Ground are in Hamen; Still Earth is an original website-only preview. Binaural sessions are best experienced with stereo headphones.
Inside Hamen

A quieter way in
Three steps.
Then just listen.
-
01
Choose your intention
Sleep, focus, calm, study, meditation or a guided listening path.
-
02
Shape the atmosphere
Pick a session, set your timer and balance the tone with an ambient backdrop.
-
03
Let the sound sit softly
Keep the volume low, use stereo headphones for binaural mode and let the screen fade away.
Choose with context
The best sound app depends on what you want to control.
Hamen is strongest for transparent frequency-oriented controls and native mobile surfaces. Other products are genuinely better for desktop music, deeper Apple-first soundscapes or 8D and ASMR variety.
Science & listening
Evidence, without the overclaim.
The acoustics of binaural and pulsed sound are well described. Research into sleep, focus and calm is more mixed. Hamen separates what is established, what is early and what remains uncertain.

What controlled studies do—and do not—show.
No medical promises or guaranteed mental states.
Good to know
Before you press play.
Clear answers about binaural listening, safety and what Hamen is designed to do.
Need help? Talk to usWhat are binaural beats?
Binaural audio plays two slightly different tones—one in each ear. Your perception combines them into a gentle rhythmic difference. Responses vary, so treat it as a listening technique, not a guaranteed outcome. Read the evidence notes.
Do I need headphones?
Stereo headphones are required for binaural mode because each ear needs a different tone. Pure tones, pulse modes and ambient soundscapes can also be heard through speakers.
Is Hamen a medical app?
No. Hamen is a general wellness and relaxation app. It does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition, and it does not promise a specific result.
When should I avoid listening?
Do not use Hamen while driving or operating machinery. If you have epilepsy, severe tinnitus, hearing sensitivity, a heart condition, are pregnant or have another health concern, speak with a qualified health professional before using binaural or pulsed audio.
Can I use Hamen for free?
Yes. Hamen includes free sessions, with optional Hamen Premium offered as monthly, annual and lifetime access. Current localized prices and purchase terms appear in the app before you buy.
Where does my listening history go?
Favorites, recent listening history, plan progress and onboarding answers are stored locally on your device, and core tone and noise generation runs locally. Purchase or restore flows and optional consented measurement use provider and network processing as described in the current privacy policy. Hamen does not use listening history to build a health profile.
